CANCELLATION POLICY

SATURDAY NIGHT GROUP CLASS:  If you are absent or cancel within 7 days of your scheduled class, you are not allowed to transfer to another class.  If you cancel or ask to be transferred to another group class PRIOR to 7 days before your scheduled class, you may transfer to another group class, only if the original class is not already full.  If the group class is already full and registration has been cut off, you/we need to sell your seats in order for you to transfer to another group class, otherwise your class registrations/gift certificates will be forfeited. If you are unable to attend, you may gift your seats to someone else.  Please let Chef Matthew know prior to class that someone else will be taking your place.

 

PRIVATE CLASS:  If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled class, you may transfer to another date, but you will be charged a rebooking fee of $150.00, as time and money have already been spent on food and beverage, and we could have sold your date to someone else.  If you cancel or ask to be transferred PRIOR to 7 days before your scheduled class, you may transfer to another date. ** However, if Chef Matthew's class calendar in the month of your scheduled class is already full and registrations for that month have already been cut off, you will be charged a rebooking fee of $150.00, as we could have sold your date to someone else.  If you are unable to attend, you may gift your private class to someone else.  Please let Chef Matthew know prior to your class date that someone else will be taking your place.

LOST/MISPLACED GIFT CERTIFICATE

If you lost or misplaced a gift certificate and need a replacement, there is a $10.00 reprinting, shipping/emailing fee.  You will be emailed an invoice for the $10.00 fee.  Once the invoice is paid, your replacement certificate(s) will be on the way!
