Chef Matthew May will teach you and your guest to cook 100% of the meal preparation.  Although the menu is already in place, Chef Matthew will do his best to accommodate any food allergy or intolerance.  Classes are offered 7 days a week from 6 pm - 8 pm and are totally private. This private class may be combined with another couple of your choice (purchased separately). Soft drinks and water are also available.  Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
